As the
Head of Adoption and Change
, you'll drive our technical adoption strategy, leading with both vision and innovation. You'll inspire and empower the Adoption and Change Business Unit to deliver projects that blend robust methodologies with imaginative, customer-focused solutions that truly make an impact in the marketplace.

Your leadership will not only shape the way we deliver change—it will also play a crucial role in reaching our company's strategic milestones and financial targets. Your influence will help define our success and ensure we consistently exceed our clients' expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Roadmap and Prioritization: Create and update projects roadmap that balances immediate objectives with long-term vision. Ensure that the workload is evenly distributed among the team members, taking advantage of each one's skills and exposing the whole team to various types of clients and projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with product, data, creative, marketing, sales, and administration teams to ensure coherent and effective project development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Project Management: direct management of multiple key Adoption & Change projects with key customers, ensuring efficient delivery, managing risks and progress, developing business opportunities with the main stakeholders.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize project performance.
  • Innovation and Trends: Keep up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Drive innovation within the team, encouraging creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Team Leadership: Develop and mentor a high-performing product team. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a consultancy firm or structured company in another industry, with a track record of successful change mgmt. and tech adoption projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive project decisions and performance improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Multitasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to handle concurrent tasks efficiently
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Independent, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Team Leader
  • Experience in interfacing with corporate clients of different types, sizes, and business sectors.
  • Capability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of AI tools and Microsoft technology stack

Will be considered a plus:

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Previous experiences in tech consultancy firm
  • Location: Hybrid, Remote + Milano
