We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead a large-scale ERP transformation across a complex, multi-entity organisation. This role will take end-to-end ownership of the ERP programme, from mobilisation and design through to deployment and value realisation, working closely with executive stakeholders and delivery partners.

This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, commercial judgement, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, change-driven environments, including private equity-backed or growth businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the overall ERP programme strategy, governance, and delivery roadmap
  • Lead cross-functional teams spanning Finance, Operations, IT, and external system integrators
  • Manage programme scope, budget, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Drive target operating model alignment alongside ERP implementation
  • Ensure data migration, controls, and reporting requirements are met to enterprise standards
  • Act as the senior escalation point for delivery issues and stakeholder decisions
  • Provide clear, concise reporting to the executive team and board
  • Ensure benefits realisation and adoption post-go-live

Required Experience

  • Proven experience as a Programme Director or Senior Programme Manager delivering ERP transformations
  • Track record leading complex, multi-country or multi-business ERP programmes
  • Experience with tier-one ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operational processes
  • Comfortable operating in PE-backed, carve-out, or transformation-led environments
  • Strong governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills
