What you do

Design and implement data solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, and Spark technologies.Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration and transformation.Ensure deep integration with other Azure and Microsoft SaaS services such as Power BI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for data architecture and engineering.Optimize performance and scalability of data solutions within the Allianz Azure group tenant.Continuously explore and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve data processing and analytics.

What you bring

Proven experience in data engineering, particularly with Microsoft Azure and Azure Synapse Analytics.Strong understanding of enterprise data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformation.Experience with Spark technologies and data integration pipelines.Proficiency in SQL and other relevant programming languages.Familiarity with Azure services and Microsoft SaaS solutions such as Power BI.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.Fluency in English mandatory

Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
