industrializing electrolyzer technologies

green hydrogen production

The position is based at our
engineering
and
manufacturing site
in
Uta (Cagliari, Sardinia)
.

Role Overview

The
Project Manager
will be responsible for leading
complex engineering projects
from
proposal
to
delivery
, ensuring
technical alignment
,
budget
and
schedule control
, and smooth
coordination
among
internal
and
external stakeholders
.

The ideal candidate has experience in
industrial
or
plant-related environments
and excels in
cross-functional leadership
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle
    :
    planning
    ,
    execution
    ,
    monitoring
    , and
    closure
    .
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams
    (
    engineering
    ,
    procurement
    ,
    production
    ,
    quality
    ,
    service
    ).
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
    ,
    budgets
    , and
    risk assessments
    .
  • Ensure
    project deliverables
    comply with
    technical specifications
    ,
    quality standards
    , and
    customer requirements
    .
  • Coordinate
    with
    clients
    ,
    suppliers
    , and
    internal stakeholders
    on
    technical
    and
    project matters
    .
  • Oversee
    documentation
    ,
    reporting
    , and
    communication channels
    .
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
    ; implement
    corrective actions
    when needed.
  • Support
    commissioning
    and
    start-up activities
    of
    electrolysis systems
    (
    international travel
    may be required).
  • Ensure adherence to
    HSE
    ,
    company procedures
    , and
    international standards
    .

Technical Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering
    (
    Mechanical
    ,
    Chemical
    ,
    Electrical
    ,
    Industrial
    , or related fields).
  • 5+ years of experience
    in
    project management
    within
    industrial plants
    ,
    EPC environments
    , or
    complex engineered systems
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    engineering processes
    , preferably in
    petrochemical
    ,
    energy
    , or
    hydrogen technologies
    .
  • Familiarity with
    project management methodologies
    and
    tools
    (e.g.,
    MS Project
    ,
    Primavera
    ).
  • Ability to read
    technical documents
    :
    P&ID
    ,
    datasheets
    ,
    specifications
    .
  • Fluency in English
    (
    written and spoken
    ).
