Stiamo cercando una/un Marketing & Communications Specialist che sappia guidare progetti, portare idee innovative e trasformarle in risultati concreti per la crescita del business.

Cosa farai

  • Sviluppo e gestione delle attività di marketing e comunicazione in coerenza con gli obiettivi aziendali
  • Ideazione e produzione di contenuti per i diversi touchpoint (social, website, newsletter, materiali corporate)
  • Coordinamento di risorse esterne (grafici, copywriter, partner)
  • Pianificazione e organizzazione eventi a supporto del posizionamento della visibilità del brand
  • Definizione della strategia di marketing a medio-lungo termine;
  • Analisi delle performance delle attività e reportistica con focus sull'ottimizzazione dei canali e dei risultati

Chi stiamo cercando

  • Esperienza di almeno 8 anni in ambito marketing
    , con un ruolo attivo nella gestione di progetti e iniziative complesse preferibilmente maturata in contesti B2B strutturati o studi professionali
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Capacità di gestire più progetti in parallelo
    , mantenendo elevati standard qualitativi, rispetto delle priorità e orientamento al risultato
  • Precisione, puntualità e organizzazione impeccabile
  • Digital mindset
    , curiosità e orientamento all'innovazione
  • Ottima padronanza di Canva
    e familiarità con strumenti digitali e piattaforme social, con particolare focus su
    LinkedIn
  • Proattività, autonomia e affidabilità
    , unite a una naturale predisposizione alla collaborazione
  • Capacità di portare valore attraverso idee e iniziative concrete
    , contribuendo attivamente ai progetti e al miglioramento continuo.
