Medlog Holding Italy, part of the MSC Group, is looking for a
Senior Marketing Communications Specialis
t
with strategic vision and innovative mindset to lead marketing initiatives, enhance customer loyalty, and boost the company's digital presence.

You will build the marketing function of MEDLOG Holding Italy and work closely with MEDLOG HQ to apply global marketing strategy at a local level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the marketing plan for MEDLOG Holding Italy applying the global strategy
  • Translate business needs into concrete marketing actions and campaigns
  • Put in place marketing basics for MEDLOG Holding Italy (
    corporate brochure and flyer, local page on the website, local video
    )
  • Leading the organization of main events in Italy following HQ guidelines and recommendations
  • Implementation of marketing and
    digital communication
    editorial calendar (email marketing, post on LinkedIn)
  • Understand and define the customers' needs and analyze competition activities
  • Monitor KPIs
    and optimize marketing performance
    .

Ideal Profile:

  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Communications.
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in
    logistics or transport
    .
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Fluent English, analytical mindset, and result-oriented approach.
  • Force proposal with strong knowledge in planning and launching marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Milano Sud. Avaiable for business trips.
