Our technology starts with you.YOUR ROLEYou will be part of the Central Construction team, a worldwide team dedicated to the design and construction of the new infrastructure and facilities necessary for the manufacturing in semiconductor industry. You will join the team dedicated to the Agrate site and your main focus will be general project management. Agrate site is facing a period of intense construction activities, hosting some of the most important projects within ST, so you will have the chance to work for a very important and complex project, involving more than 50 tender packages assigned to more than 30 Contractors and covering a budget of >100 M$. You will have the opportunity to experience your project management skill and learn the usage of a well structured methodology and reporting tools.Within The Engineering Management Department, You WillParticipate to meetings (weekly/daily) with engineers from several departments and various project management teams.Deploy project methodologies, standards, and tools used. Ensure their proper application and continuous improvement.Monitor finances and check advancement of payments for the multiple suppliers and ensure that they are aligned to the defined budget & activity progress.Follow up on study files, hand over and support the teams responsible for execution by visiting construction sites.Summarize and present the progress of your construction project at different management levels.Work cross-functionally to advance topics, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.Your Skills & ExperiencesYou are studying for a business school or for an engineering degree (or equivalent) and have an interest in the industrial sector and technical subjects.You are attracted to managing projects with high strategic and economic stakes.You are pragmatic, autonomous, and demonstrate rigor, responsiveness, adaptability, and leadership skills.You enjoy teamwork within a dynamic organization, have good communication skills, and interpersonal ease.Proficiency in English is necessary; knowledge of Italian & French is a plus.ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
