We are supporting a fast-growing international Biotech on the search for an experienced Regional Site Liaison to support clinical operations across Italy and Spain.

This is a full-time, 12-month freelance contract requiring strong experience in Ophthalmology and Neurology trials (Phase I - III) and the ability to work closely with investigative sites to ensure high-quality delivery across ongoing studies.

If you are a skilled site-facing clinical professional with multilingual capability, this is an excellent opportunity to support a rapidly expanding R&D pipeline.

Role Overview

As a Regional Site Liaison, you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for investigative sites across Italy and Spain
  • Support study start-up, activation, enrolment, site performance, and ongoing engagement
  • Ensure site compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory expectations
  • Partner closely with Clinical Operations, Site Engagement, and Study Teams
  • Provide operational oversight across Ophthalmology and Neurology studies (Phases I–III)

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have:

  • Fluent Spanish + Italian (mandatory)
  • Strong experience as a Regional Site Liaison, Site Engagement Lead, Site Manager, or CRA with site-liaison responsibilities
  • Proven background in Ophthalmology and Neurology clinical trials
  • Experience working across Phase I–III studies
  • Ability to operate as an independent contractor (P.IVA or LTD equivalent)
  • Availability to start early December
