GOVERNANTE OPERATIVA – GUEST HOUSE ZONA CAMPO DI MARTE (FI)

Cosa cerchiamo:

Una figura giovane e dinamica, con leadership naturale e ottime doti organizzative.

Non solo gestione del team, ma anche operatività sul campo: almeno 4 ore al giorno saranno dedicate al rifacimento camere e controllo standard.

Cosa offriamo:

  • Contratto 36 ore settimanali – 6 ore al giorno

  • Orario indicativo: 9:00 / 9:30 – 15:00 / 15:30

  • Riposo a scalare

  • Livello 2° Multiservizi

  • Ambiente giovane e stimolante

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza nel ruolo di governante o caposervizio pulizie

  • Autonomia operativa e attitudine al problem solving

  • Flessibilità e disponibilità a piccoli adattamenti orari

  • Ottime capacità relazionali e di coordinamento
