Mission:
The Night Auditor will ensure the proper functioning of the department during the night hours, taking care and guaranteeing the complete satisfaction and safety of the Guests.
What will I be doing?
- Know and manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, cash operations, etc.), in full operational autonomy.
- Carry out administrative closure activities, according to company policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify and manage issues to prevent complaints from Guests
- Ensure the health and safety of the hotel at night
- Printing of arrivals and departures scheduled for the following day
- Compilation of company reports and handover for the following morning's shift
What are we looking for?
- Professional knowledge of the English language, knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plus
- Good knowledge of Opera PMS
- Previous experience in the same position in hotels of the same category
- Reliability, problem solving skills.
