Siamo alla ricerca di un professionista con esperienza in Service Design e UX Analysis, in grado di affrontare la mappatura e l'analisi di ecosistemi digitali complessi. La figura selezionata, con presenza su Roma e disponibilità a lavorare in sede presso i clienti, sarà responsabile dell'analisi e ottimizzazione di un sistema digitale articolato su numerosi touchpoint, con l'obiettivo di migliorarne l'efficienza e l'esperienza utente.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Analizzare e mappare ecosistemi digitali complessi, identificando criticità e aree di miglioramento.
  • Gestire la complessità derivante da un ampio numero di touchpoint, applicando un approccio sistemico per ottimizzare l'interazione e l'esperienza utente.
  • Condurre attività di interviste, analisi e confronto con vari stakeholder per raccogliere input e definire le priorità di intervento.
  • Produrre report e key finding per ottimizzare l'efficienza e la coerenza del sistema.
  • Collaborare con team multidisciplinari per tradurre le analisi in interventi concreti.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in
    Service Design

UX Designer

, con un focus su ecosistemi digitali complessi.
- Esperienza nella
mappatura

e
analisi di sistemi digitali articolati

, con un approccio orientato a risolvere problematiche di usabilità e performance.
- Capacità di
condurre interviste

e facilitare sessioni di
analisi e confronto

con diversi tipi di stakeholder (interni ed esterni).
- Conoscenza approfondita delle
best practices di user experience

, usabilità e accessibilità.
- Eccellenti capacità di sintesi e di produzione di documentazione chiara per team e stakeholder.

: esperienza in contesti pubblici o governativi, con conoscenza delle
