Sogni is not just a restaurant, but a meeting point for those who want to feel at home, for those who love beauty, for those who want to rediscover authentic, genuine flavors, in an innovative and at the same time historical setting.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Our Bartender is able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs, expectations and desires, in line with Antonioli Group's standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture provide an excellent guest experience
    Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements

  • Knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Passion involving cocktails
  • Teamwork oriented
  • Fluency in English
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Computer literacy
  • Mixology training certificate is a plus
  • 2 years' previous experience in the role
    We offer a full-time job mainly on evening shifts.
    Salary based on previous experience.
