Join to apply for the Bartender – SOGNI role at ANTONIOLI GROUP.Sogni is not just a restaurant, but a meeting point for those who want to feel at home, for those who love beauty, and for those who want to rediscover authentic, genuine flavours in an innovative and historical setting.ResponsibilitiesPrepare alcohol or non-alcohol beveragesInteract with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinksAssess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendationsMix ingredients to prepare cocktailsPlan and present bar menuRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experienceComply with all food and beverage regulationsRequirementsKnowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinksPassion for cocktailsTeamwork orientedFluency in EnglishPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to keep the bar organized, stocked and cleanComputer literacyMixology training certificate is a plus2 years' previous experience in the roleJob DetailsFull-time position, primarily evening shifts.Salary based on previous experience.Place of work: Sogni, Via San Calocero 8, Milano.Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.Employment type: Full-time.Job function: Management and Manufacturing.Industry: Hospitality.Antonioli Group is an equal opportunity employer.#J-*****-Ljbffr
