Job Description

As Sport Marketing Manager at Bosch eBike Systems you will work in close collaboration with the Headquarter in Germany. You will be in a team of two persons responsible for marketing in Italy. Based on the global marketing strategy and objectives, you will support the rollout of global marketing activities and additionally define and execute local marketing activities for sport sector, across all marketing channels.

What will you take care of?

• Responsible for the
  sportive and leisure segments
  (including mountain bike and trekking) from
  strategic to operational levels
  ;
• Responsible of
  operational implementation of the global marketing
  activities across the customer journey and all marketing channels
  for sportive segment;
• Responsible for
  Sales Marketing activities
  towards IBDs
  in close collaboration with service support team in the country;
• Planning and implementation of local
  eBike events
  for end consumers, to support IBDs and for OEMs on demand, for segment related to sport and leisure;
• Cooperation with
  tourism
  partner to reinforce brand positioning and product awareness in the sport segment;
• Brand ambassadors
  management and
  sponsoring
  for sportive topics.
• Continuously monitor/analyze the market/competitive situation and prepare
  regular reports on
  market situation and marketing activities in the sport segment;
• Responsible of
  project management, collaboration with headquarters, press relation, budget controlling
  for sportive and leisure segments
  in collaboration with current marketing manager.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

Education:

Completed university studies (master degree or equivalent) in marketing/communications;

Experiences and Know-How:

• 3-5 years' experience in B2B2C marketing (retail and end-consumer) in the sport industry with a strong focus on outdoor activities, bicycle and eBike;
• Experience in project management of marketing mixes (events, online, sales marketing, sponsoring);
• Knowledge and skills of common marketing tools and methods, excellent communication skills;

Personality:

• Ready for action, flexible, team player, hands on mentality, passionate cyclist;

Working style:

• Professional, entrepreneurial spirit, target- and result-oriented, self-reliant and highly committed;

Languages:

• Excellent spoken and written in Italian and English.

Additional Information

The head office for eBike in Italy is located in Torino, but the position is compatible with remote working style with frequent travels to Italian offices in Turin and Milan and to the eBike venues.

Driver license is required.
