Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a new colleague to take on the role of
Marketing Manager
and join the Kappa Marketing team. The successful candidate will support and drive strategic activities for the
football category
: this role involves the operational coordination of product launches, the management of communication campaigns, and support for marketing activities related to sponsored teams, working in close coordination with direct markets and the international distribution network.

Key Responsabilities

  • Planning and execution of
    football product launches
    (technical apparel, footwear and accessories), working closely with Product, Sales and Retail teams.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, events and point of sale.
  • Support marketing activities related to sponsored clubs and federations, including official kit launches and fan engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with international licensees and direct markets to ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and communication assets.
  • Monitor market trends and campaign performance, supporting reporting and analysis activities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Retail, E-commerce, Digital, Communication and Licensing teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication or related fields
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within sportswear, sports or consumer goods companies
  • Experience in managing marketing projects and product launches
  • Knowledge of the football industry
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of digital and social media marketing tolos
  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoke
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
