Principali responsabilità

  • Supporto tecnico su problematiche hardware, software e di rete, con gestione di incident e service request secondo gli SLA.
  • Attività di base su sistemi Windows Server, virtualizzazione VMware/Hyper-V, gestione backup e servizi DNS/DHCP.
  • Supporto alla gestione degli ambienti Microsoft 365, Exchange Online e Active Directory/Azure AD.
  • Semplici attività di automazione tramite PowerShell e utilizzo di query SQL di base.
  • Collaborazione nelle attività di change management, piccoli progetti IT e procedure di business continuity/disaster recovery.
  • Supporto tecnico nella valutazione di nuove macchine di produzione e nella collaborazione con i reparti produzione, qualità e validazione.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Conoscenza dei sistemi Antares Vision (Track & Trace, serializzazione, ispezione) o forte interesse ad apprenderli.
  • Buona conoscenza dei sistemi Windows Server e della loro amministrazione di base.
  • Buona conoscenza di Active Directory e Azure AD (gestione utenti, gruppi e policy).
  • Conoscenza di VMware vSphere o Hyper-V.
  • Conoscenza di Microsoft SCCM / MECM.
  • Conoscenza degli ambienti Office 365 / Exchange Online.
  • Basi solide di reti TCP/IP e servizi DNS/DHCP.
  • Buona familiarità con PowerShell per piccole automazioni.
  • Esperienza in business continuity/disaster recovery o motivazione ad apprendere processi regolamentati.
  • 2–3 anni di esperienza nel ruolo
    in contesti simili.
  • Conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico.
  • Disponibilità a reperibilità o interventi fuori orario.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare on-site presso la sede del cliente a Pomezia (RM).

Nice to have

  • Conoscenza base di SQL per semplici query.
  • Esperienza nell'integrazione di macchinari industriali o sistemi produttivi.
  • Conoscenza di ambienti automatizzati e principi GxP.
