Your team:
Your team manage the Casino online platform for all FlutterSea's brands and develop new feature for the players and the business team.

Your role:
Oversee the design and development of a new casino ecosystem emphasizing experience, innovation, and customer engagement, transitioning the existing casino platform from a platform primarily focused on games provider integration to an entertainment-focused platform.

Redesign a dynamic, casino-tailored lobby experience for customers.

What you'll do:

• Lead, coordinate and support key activities related to the New Genation Casinò Platform, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, initiatives or governance activities across multiple markets.
• Monitor performance, KPIs or compliance areas, providing clear reporting and actionable insights.
• Support strategic planning cycles and contribute to business reviews, audits or decision-making forums.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, policies, controls and quality standards.

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrative experience in designing, evolving and operating distributed, high-availability platforms, with deep understanding of scalability, resilience and observability patterns.
• Strong architectural leadership, with the ability to evaluate technical options, define standards, and guide long-term platform evolution in complex or international environments.
• Mastery of cloud-native operations and modern infrastructure practices, including Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, monitoring, and performance optimisation, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Solid knowledge of Java and the Spring ecosystem to support architectural discussions, challenge technical decisions and assess risks, even without hands-on coding responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving execution across multiple markets, business units and technology domains.
• Ability to coach teams, foster organisational agility and promote high-quality engineering practices, supporting the growth and alignment of the wider platform organisation.
• Experience implementing security-by-design principles, ensuring compliance, robustness and reliability in regulated industries such as Online Gaming.
• A proactive, improvement-driven mindset, capable of identifying gaps, proposing solutions and continuously enhancing the overall Casino Platform ecosystem.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to interact with FlutterSea's colleauges, external Game Providers and international development teams.
