La nostra crescita costante e la struttura organizzativa che abbiamo costruito nel tempo ci portano oggi a inserire una figura Senior Accounting & Administration Specialist, che gestisca in modo autonomo e strutturato l'area amministrativa e contabile dell'azienda.
Cosa farai
Ti occuperai in autonomia della gestione amministrativa e contabile:
- Gestione della contabilità generale e dei libri contabili
- Quadrature e corretta tenuta dei sistemi contabili
- Gestione della fatturazione attiva e passiva e attività di fine mese
- Predisposizione dei flussi di cassa
- Monitoraggio incassi e attività di credit collection
- Rapporti con consulenti fiscali, Agenzia delle Entrate e gestioni telematiche
- Cost controlling e contabilità analitica
- Supporto alla stesura del bilancio d'esercizio
Il profilo che cerchiamo
- Laurea in Economia o formazione equivalente
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi (amministrazione / contabilità / controllo di gestione)
- Solide competenze contabili, amministrative e fiscali
- Ottima dimestichezza con software gestionali e strumenti MS Office (Excel in particolare)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (uso quotidiano)
- Precisione, autonomia organizzativa e attitudine al problem solving
- Buone capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in team

- Retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza
