Responsibilities:

Customer Strategy: Support customer strategy in alignment with divisional priorities.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Market Insights: Provide market feedback and insights to internal stakeholders.

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with peers and cross-functional teams.

Task Execution: Execute prioritized tasks and deliver on commitments.

Negotiations: Facilitate customer negotiations and maintain strong partnerships.

Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reporting.

Qualifications:

Industry Expertise: Commercial and technical expertise in the Automotive Aftermarket industry.

Language Skills: Professional proficiency in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus.

Customer Orientation: Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.

Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop innovative strategies in complex markets.

Technical Knowledge: Experience with technically complex products.

Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
