Key Account Manager (f/m/d)
Responsibilities

• Customer Strategy: Support customer strategy in alignment with divisional priorities.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Market Insights: Provide market feedback and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with peers and cross-functional teams.
• Task Execution: Execute prioritized tasks and deliver on commitments.
• Negotiations: Facilitate customer negotiations and maintain strong partnerships.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reporting.

Qualifications

• Industry Expertise: Commercial and technical expertise in the Automotive Aftermarket industry.
• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Customer Orientation: Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop innovative strategies in complex markets.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with technically complex products.
• Analytical Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
