What We Need
We are looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. In this role, you will support sales and training for Tatcha. Travel required to the key Sephora stores in Milan, with Specific focus on the flagship stores which will play a key role in driving sales performance and events.

Each Day At Tatcha Is Different, With New Problems To Solve And Tasks To Tackle, But Here Is An Idea Of Some Of The Things You Will Work On

• Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives
• Generating sell-through via selling and training
• Reinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions
• Maximizing business opportunities by identifying locations best suited for events
• Conducting training for all stores in the region
• Performing one-on-one training for individuals on an ad-hoc basis
• Staffing events, selling, developing customers, and supporting logistics when necessary

Who You Are
You are able to learn quickly and take initiative, as our company is dynamic and ever evolving. To succeed in this position, the following qualities are paramount:

• Able to work 3 Saturdays a month.
• Flexibility to work across multiple store locations and on weekends, evenings, and during promotional events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cosmetics and beauty
• Training and education experience in the beauty industry
• Retail store experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Sephora
• Training and education experience in skincare
• Winning Behaviours: Care Deeply, Consumer Experience, Problem Solving

Sono richiesti spostamenti nei principali negozi Sephora di Parigi, con un focus particolare sui flagship store, che avranno un ruolo chiave nel guidare le performance di vendita e gli eventi.

Le Tue Responsabilità Includeranno

• Raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita e i KPI
• Generare vendite attraverso la vendita diretta e la formazione
• Rafforzare l'immagine del marchio e promuovere lo spirito di collaborazione in tutte le interazioni
• Massimizzare le opportunità commerciali identificando le sedi più adatte per gli eventi
• Condurre sessioni di formazione in tutti i negozi della regione
• Erogare formazione individuale su base occasionale
• Partecipare agli eventi, vendere, sviluppare la clientela e supportare la logistica quando necessario

Requisiti

• Oltre 5 anni di esperienza nel settore cosmetico e della bellezza
• Esperienza nella formazione e nell'educazione nel settore beauty
• Esperienza nella vendita al dettaglio
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
• Esperienza lavorativa con Sephora
• Esperienza nella formazione nel settore skincare
