Per supportare la crescita dell'organizzazione, Tages Capital SGR è alla ricerca di un/una Investment Vice President (7–10 anni di esperienza) da inserire nel team di investimento infrastrutturale, con particolare focus su Tages Infra Plus.

Descrizione del ruolo

La risorsa sarà coinvolta in tutte le fasi del processo di investimento e di gestione del portafoglio:

  • Screening e analisi delle opportunità di investimento
  • Gestione end-to-end del processo di investimento, dallo screening al closing (valutazione, due diligence, offerte, documentazione contrattuale)
  • Negoziazione di contratti di compravendita e patti parasociali, anche con co-investitori
  • Redazione di info memorandum e documentazione per i comitati di investimento
  • Gestione e monitoraggio degli investimenti post-acquisizione
  • Monitoraggio della performance dei fondi in gestione

Profilo richiesto

  • 7–10 anni di esperienza in Investment Banking/M&A, fondi infrastrutturali, Private Equity o ruoli M&A/Strategy in contesti corporate infrastrutturali
  • Background in investimenti infrastrutturali in uno o più settori di investimento di Tages Infra Plus, con preferenza per:
  • Trasporti e logistica
  • Infrastrutture digitali
  • Economia circolare
  • Infrastrutture socio-sanitarie
  • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di gestire più progetti in parallelo
  • Ottime capacità analitiche e di comunicazione
  • Inglese fluente (la conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus)
