We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e-mail/phone calls.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: Remote (Must be in Portugal or relocate)

Relocation Support offered for international candidates*

It includes:

- €1.000 to €2.000 signing bonus

- Reloation assistance (flight reimbursement)

- Option to have accommodation included

Requirements:

  • Italian C2 level
  • English B2 level
  • Customer-Centric or Sales Attitude
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Adaptability: You are comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Basic Computer Skills
