Customer IT Technical Support Specialist | Milan, Lombardy, Italy

We're working with Beckman Coulter on this exciting opportunity. Join a leading diagnostics company dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative solutions and exceptional customer support. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by ensuring timely and accurate resolutions for technical inquiries.

The Role


• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions


• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and skills


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service


• Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in service management systems


• Work as part of the CTS & Coordination European Team


• Participate in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule to ensure continuous support

What You'll Need


• University Degree in Biomedical, Telecommunications, or IT Engineering


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer or technical support role, preferably in diagnostics or healthcare


• Strong IT skills in informatics and/or automation


• Exceptional communication skills, fluent in both Italian and English (additional European languages a plus)


• Ability to travel 15% overnight, within territory or locations


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
