Per il potenziamento del team Environmental (Ambiente), EnviCons è alla ricerca di un/una
Environmental & Permitting Specialist
con esperienza nello sviluppo di progetti da fonti rinnovabili.
La risorsa opererà con un adeguato livello di autonomia nella gestione degli aspetti ambientali e autorizzativi dei progetti, inserendosi in un contesto aziendale strutturato e in forte crescita.
Il ruolo prevede una stretta collaborazione con i team di
Origination, Engineering, Construction e Management
, nonché un'interazione costante con consulenti esterni, Enti e Autorità competenti. La figura contribuirà attivamente alle scelte progettuali e allo sviluppo dei progetti nelle diverse fasi del ciclo di vita.
Principali responsabilità
- Sviluppo e gestione di progetti da fonti rinnovabili (fotovoltaico, agrivoltaico, BESS, eolico, ecc.), con focus prevalente sugli aspetti ambientali e territoriali;
- Redazione di studi tecnico-ambientali, tra cui studi di fattibilità, screening VIA, VIA, VIncA, relazioni paesaggistiche, piani di monitoraggio ambientale ed elaborati grafici;
- Analisi dei vincoli ambientali, territoriali e paesaggistici a supporto delle decisioni di sviluppo e progettazione;
- Gestione dei rapporti con consulenti esterni, Enti e Autorità competenti nell'ambito delle procedure autorizzative;
- Supporto alle attività di permitting e predisposizione della documentazione tecnico-amministrativa necessaria;
- Applicazione operativa della normativa ambientale ed energetica allo sviluppo dei progetti.
Profilo richiesto
- Laurea in discipline ambientali o scientifiche (Ingegneria Ambientale, Scienze Ambientali, Scienze Agrarie, Scienze Naturali, Biologia, Geologia o affini);
- Esperienza nella predisposizione di documentazione tecnico-ambientale (studi di fattibilità, Studi di Impatto Ambientale, relazioni agronomiche, ecc.) con comprovata capacità di redazione e di valutazione critica della documentazione tecnica, anche redatta da soggetti terzi;
- Capacità di lettura e interpretazione della cartografia tecnica e degli strumenti di pianificazione territoriale;
- Esperienza nella gestione di processi autorizzativi per impianti a Fonti di Energia Rinnovabile (VIA, PAUR, AU, PAS) e buona conoscenza della normativa di settore;
- Capacità di gestire in autonomia attività progettuali e di interfacciarsi efficacemente con stakeholder interni ed esterni;
- Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti GIS e AutoCAD;
- Spiccate capacità analitiche, organizzative e di gestione delle attività;
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e al confronto multidisciplinare;
- Disponibilità a sopralluoghi e trasferte, anche occasionali;
- Madrelingua italiana; la conoscenza della lingua inglese costituisce titolo preferenziale.
