La risorsa sarà collocata all'interno del team Events con l'obiettivo di supportare il team nella pianificazione e organizzazione di eventi per presentare e comunicare contenuti e prodotti dell'azienda, puntando a una continua valorizzazione dell'immagine e della reputation del brand Sky

Il/la candidato/a si occuperà di:

  • Organizzare eventi di PR e comunicazione, come conferenze stampa, anteprime esclusive, junket e,-set visit
  • Gestire le varie attività legate all'organizzazione di un evento tra cui scouting location, segreteria organizzativa, logistica  degli ospiti
  • Supportare la pianificazione di una strategia di eventi, gestendo tempistiche, priorità e budget
  • Analizzare contesto e scenario di riferimento
  • Gestire le relazioni con i fornitori
  • Collaborare con le altre direzioni aziendali, durante le diverse fasi dell'evento
  • Produrre e presentare report efficaci, anche per il top management

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Ottime capacità organizzative e di pianificazione
  • Team building e problem solving, abilità relazionali
  • Passione, creatività, precisione e cura del dettaglio
  • Flessibilità
  • Determinazione e orientamento al risultato
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione scritta e orale
  • Inglese fluente
  • Ottima conoscenza di software  e applicazioni office ( Powerpoint/Excel/ Word)
