Il/la candidato/a sarà inserito/a all'interno del Servizio Legal and Financial Transactions di IBL Banca a diretto riporto della responsabile del servizio composto da un team di lavoro giovane e in crescita.
Fornirà supporto alla responsabile del servizio nella predisposizione e revisione della documentazione inerente alle operazioni di cartolarizzazione, emissioni di titoli, acquisizioni di portafogli di crediti, information memorandum, due diligence report, GMRA e ISDA.
Il/la candidato/a avrà conseguito la Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza e sarà abilitato/a all'esercizio della professione forense; in particolare avrà maturato una esperienza professionale complessiva di almeno 4 anni all'interno di studi legali strutturati nell'area del diritto bancario e finanziario con particolare focalizzazione su operazioni di finanza strutturata, debt capital market, derivati, pronti contro termine o finanziamenti all'interno di studi legali strutturati.
Costituiscono requisito essenziale una solida preparazione sulle materie di diritto civile e bancario e una buona familiarità a lavorare utilizzando la lingua inglese.
Il contratto offerto per la posizione è a tempo indeterminato. Il livello retributivo sarà regolato in funzione del profilo e dell'esperienza del/la candidato/a prescelto/a.
