Descrizione del ruolo
Siamo alla ricerca di un tecnico di assistenza sul campo per ampliare il nostro team nel Nord Italia. In questa posizione full time, sarai impegnato giornalmente nell'ispezione, diagnosi e risoluzione di problemi tecnici relativi ai sistemi fotovoltaici e di accumulo di energia. Ti occuperai della manutenzione preventiva, delle riparazioni onsite e del supporto tecnico ai clienti e agli installatori. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con altri membri del team per garantire l'eccellenza nei servizi forniti e un'esperienza cliente ottimale.

Qualifiche

  • Competenze in troubleshooting e supporto tecnico per l'identificazione e la risoluzione efficace di problematiche complesse legate ai sistemi fotovoltaici e di accumulo energetico.
  • Esperienza nel campo del field service e nella gestione di interventi direttamente sul posto per garantire la manutenzione e la risoluzione di problemi.
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione, essenziali per relazionarsi con i clienti e collaborare con i colleghi in maniera chiara e professionale
  • Preferibile esperienza pregressa in ambienti tecnici, conoscenze base di elettronica o elettrotecnica e attitudine al problem solving.
