About the job:

  • You will join the Quality team of Opella Healthcare Italy, contributing to activities that ensure compliance with GxP standards and regulatory requirements. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Quality Assurance processes, supporting the maintenance of a robust Quality Management System. This 6-month internship (curricular or extracurricular) offers the possibility of extension and includes a monthly reimbursement and meal vouchers.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and management of GxP documents and procedures. 

  • Support the coordination of repackaging activities in compliance with quality standards. 

  • Contribute to the management of complaints and deviations, ensuring timely resolution. 

  • Help prepare for internal and external audits and inspections. 

  • Collaborate and align with all functions of the local affiliate to maintain quality standards. 

  • Participate in conference calls and company meetings. 

  • Prepare reports, Excel files, and PowerPoint presentations to support quality activities.

About you: 

  • Experience:  Basic knowledge of GxP concepts, Quality Management Systems, and regulatory principles is preferred. Previous exposure to quality or regulatory environments is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. Accuracy, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

  • Education: Undergraduate student or graduate in scientific disciplines (Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmacy, Biology, or similar).

  • Languages: Good knowledge of English and Italian (B2 level).
