An opportunity has arisen for a
Learning&Development Executive
to join the summer season 2026 of Jumeirah Capri Palace.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Supports the delivery and execution of Learning + Development initiatives
  • Provides Learning & Development service and support to all departments
  • Takes ownership of basic functional requests associated with Oracle Tahweel, Axonify and all other Learning systems and applications
  • Coordinates and schedules various learning activities as needed
  • Supports the Learning Needs Analysis and Learning Audit initiatives for the property
  • Tracks all training activities
  • Represents Learning + Development at internal and external meetings and workshops, if required
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development and discus them with reporting manager thus enhancing the organization's training programs where approved
  • Adhere to departmental policies, HSE processes, Grooming Standards and Learning and Development standard operating procedures

About you

The ideal candidate for this role has:

  • +2 years' experience in training, preferably from Hospitality Industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
  • Proficiency in English (Read/Write/Speak)
  • Bachelor's degree in Social or Psychological Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business or related field.
  • Courses or certificates in HR, L&D or training administration will be a plus
  • Effective interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Communication and organizational skills
