Job title – SAP GTS Senior Lead Expert

Location – Barcelona, Spain

Within the Supply Chain Cluster, you will:

• Be a key contributor to the Logistic and Transportation Chapter, acting as Solution lead expert.
• Lead and manage SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) related requirements including Global trade compliance and customs management Compliance and integration with Legal regulations and Company Policies country based.
• Design and deliver solutions as part of our digital transformation program and road map i.e., rollout project, global solution deployment and S4/HANA transformation, considering performance, data quality and business continuity.

Your key responsibilities

• Run, Execute and deliver GTS solutions in project mode (Design, Configuration, Set Up, Test and Solution Validation, cutover, go live and hyper care and level 3 support for complex issues).
• Direct and clear interaction with key business stakeholders: gathering requirements, solution design and day-to-day communications.
• Provide expertise guidance on trade compliance processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., embargo checks, license management, classification management, preferences management)
• Commitment on delivery dates and high-quality performance.
• Contribute as a SME to deliver, improve and govern SAP GTS solution Compliance, Customs, Risks and reporting considering the impact on the supply chain spectrum.
• Work with Platform /Product teams to support delivery of integration projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade regulations and apply them in system for Improvement or System updates.

You bring

• 6+ years of experience in SAP GTS solution (Compliance, Customs Management, Electronic Compliance Reporting, trade compliance regulation in EU and US) including roll out experiences in GTS on HANA.
• Strong experience of Seeburger GTS integrated flows with customs Passar Portal in Switzerland and Delta portal in France
• Excellent functional knowledge on E2E Supply Chain flows: Sale and Procurement Process and related Master Data Impact.
• Strong ability to develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments
• Basic knowledge of ABAP, IDOC, LSMW.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
