Job Title: D&T Senior Expert Finance

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Within D&T Finance chapter, being part of the SSOT team we are seeking a Senior SAP Central Finance & Group Reporting Consultant to lead and deliver global SAP finance transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance, Group Reporting, ICMR, and Blackline, with a proven track record in managing large-scale rollouts, system upgrades, and international teams.

Reporting to D&T SSOT Product manager, bring SAP and costing expertise to deliver best in class solutions for our group FP&A and FC&A business.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP Central Finance (CFIN) and Group Reporting projects, including ECC to S/4HANA transitions, initial load, SLT configuration, replication, AIF, IDOC error handling, and cutover planning, while onboarding new CFIN and non-CFIN units to Group Reporting and GRDC with customized data collection templates.
• Provide technical expertise in ICMR, including creation of matching methods and custom reason codes, and lead onboarding and support for Blackline modules (BSAR and Variance Analysis) integrated with SAP FI.
• Manage SAP FI technical processes such as IDOC, DME, FI-MM & FI-SD integrations, EBS, Fiori apps, and OneSource integration to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Develop functional specifications, manage RICEFW objects, and lead testing and documentation to support robust solution delivery.
• Conduct user training, support UAT, and create detailed documentation to drive successful adoption and long-term sustainability.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities across SAP FI, Group Reporting, ICMR, TRCS, and Blackline, with the ability to fast-track and resolve issues within the close calendar.

You bring

• Minimum 10 years of SAP Finance consulting experience, with a focus on ECC and S/4HANA (Central Finance, Group Reporting, GRDC, ICMR, Blackline).
• SAP FI (Financial Accounting) Core knowledge. SAP Central Finance (CFIN). Understanding of SAP finance architecture their integrations: between SAP systems, data replication and validation, AIF (handling). Desired experience with SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server) or AIF (handling and troubleshooting) is desired.
• Deep understanding of intercompany flows; E2E flows from manufacturing and logistics till FP&A reporting being able to identify improvement areas focusing in developing functional and technical RICEFW specifications to be able to test E2E manufacturing scenarios.
• Demonstrated experience in onboarding large numbers of company codes to Group Reporting and ICMR. Hands-on expertise with Blackline integration and support.
• Experience with SAP system upgrades and technical validation. Be able to test all transactions ensuring the quality of the data is correct within SAP upgrades.
• Fluent in English; other European language skills are a plus.
