Your key responsibilities:

• Design & develop solutions in dsm-firmenich ECC and S/4HANA landscapes within the complete application life cycle,
• Closely collaborate with business stakeholders, functional application experts, engineers, and architects to design and create advanced, elegant, and efficient systems,
• Define, challenge and support code architecture decisions to support a high-performing and scalable product with a minimal footprint,
• Actively participate in shaping the Technology Development Chapter and work on overarching topics (i.e., best practices definition, code quality improvement),
• Stay on top of SAP HANA developments (i.e., architecture, services) to participate in shaping dsm-firmenich's digital future.

You bring:

• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in S/4HANA Private cloud and S/4HANA Public Coud technologies & methodologies.
• Platform related: SAP ECC, S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, SAP Architecture
• Must know application development and programming in S/4HANA ABAP Cloud in ADT Eclipse, BTP-RAP, ODATA Services, Fiori Front End UI5, Standard and Custom CDS views, Side by Side Extension, Enhancement techniques in S/4HANA cloud using clean core concepts
• Must have strong knowledge in S/4HANA SAP Build Apps, BAS-Business Application Studio, BTP on Cloud Foundry, BTP-CAP
• Prefer to have knowledge on Event Mesh, SOA Manager, ALE/EDI, Event based application development, BTP print services, CALM
• Should have worked on ECC and HANA upgrades (SPAU and SPAU Enhancements)
• Should have very good knowledge in ABAP Object oriented programming, Reports, Data Dictionary, Enhancements, IDOCS, RFC function module, Adobe Online Forms
• Should have worked on ECC to S/4HANA migration and have good understanding of integration technologies like web method, BTP, API, CPI
• Awareness and understanding of , JavaScript, AWS, Azure, Cloud Native platform, Front End development technologies like POWL, Enable Now, Eclipse, Handheld devices
• Should have Awareness and understanding on application development platforms like Low-code, No-code, Service now ITSM tool and Solution Manager CHARM
• Awareness and good knowledge on Manufacturing business processes (Order to cash, Logistics, procurement, Finance, Warehouse management, Quality management)
• Preferred knowledge in Appl. Mgmt., Solution Designing, Systems & Integration and M&A Integration
• Experience with Agile development and Agile collaboration tooling (i.e. Jira, Confluence)
• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or related study
• Strong can-do attitude with profound problem-solving skills and attention to details
• Fluent communication skills in English
