Job title - Process Mining Value Expert

Location - Barcelona, Spain

As a Process Mining value expert, you will be responsible for leading digital transformation through guiding the usage of Celonis, identifying customers' priorities and the use cases, developing data-driven process insights and propose roadmap to ensure that customers receive maximum value.

Your key responsibilities

• Drive the squad with translating business objectives into high-impact use cases

• Use Celonis technologies to identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes, always in close collaboration with the customer

• Lead the value creation workshops and define measures to improve process inefficiencies

• Quantify the business and financial potential and present the findings to the management

• Strong collaboration with development team, guiding on building data models

• Build end to end process dashboards along with the business teams, bringing clear insights of the process

You bring

• 5+ years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
• Hands-on technical experience on data modelling and knowledge of development on Celonis or SAP Signavio
• Dedicated and visionary and want to actively drive the Process Mining technology forward
• SAP / ERP experience in the functional domain (finance or procurement)
• Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end processes
• Excellent analytical skills, always well-organized
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
