Job title – Product Manager - Regulatory & IP Platforms

Location – Barcelona, Spain

• Be a dynamic product manager shaping and implementing the future of dsm-firmenich digital products in our Intellectual Property and Regulatory compliance domains.
• Facilitating key enabling functions to effectively and efficiently support our business teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product roadmap for our IP and Regulatory Digital Products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Creation, R&D, Marketing, and Manufacturing to define product requirements and specifications.
• identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful product integration and support.
• Provide support to internal teams and customers on product features and functionalities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant.

You bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager (5y+) in the information systems domain, preferably within the Process industry, i.e., nutrition, health, fragrance, or Consultancy, etc.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Project management &/or scrum certification(s).
• Fluency in English.
