Orienta Spa filiale di Montevarchi ricerca la figura di un Technical Specialist per prestigiosa realtà del settore elettromedicale. 

Cerchiamo un professionista che unisca solide competenze elettroniche/informatiche alla passione per la formazione internazionale e la qualità nel settore elettromedicale.

Responsabilità Principali

  1. Supporto Tecnico Avanzato e Diagnostica Remota

  2. Fornire supporto tecnico di 2° livello ai tecnici delle filiali in tutto il mondo.

  3. Eseguire diagnostica e risoluzione da remoto dei problemi software embedded sui prodotti.
  4. Gestire i reclami, eseguendo la valutazione preliminare e l'escalation immediata dei casi critici.
  5. Gestire le indagini tecniche e i preventivi di riparazione per i prodotti resi.

  6. Training e Mobilità Globale

  7. Viaggiare periodicamente per erogare sessioni di training avanzato sul prodotto (manutenzione, troubleshooting hardware/software) ai tecnici delle filiali internazionali.

  8. Preparare e aggiornare il materiale didattico tecnico.

  9. Collaborazione e Documentazione

  10. Mantenere registrazioni accurate delle attività di supporto e riparazione.

  11. Lavorare a stretto contatto con QA, PQ e RandD per fornire dati tecnici utili alla risoluzione di problemi di qualità.
  12. Supportare l'Ufficio Tecnico nello sviluppo di service manuals e strumenti di assistenza.

Requisiti Richiesti:

  • Esperienza pregressa nel Supporto Tecnico B2B per prodotti complessi (elettromedicale, strumentazione IT, automazione).
  • Solide competenze informatiche/elettroniche per la diagnosi e la risoluzione dei problemi software embedded.
  • Esperienza nell'uso di strumenti di connessione remota (VPN, TeamViewer, ecc.).
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare periodicamente per attività di training internazionali.
  • Ottima padronanza della lingua Inglese (C1 o fluente), fondamentale per la formazione e la comunicazione tecnica globale.
  • Forti capacità di comunicazione interculturale.
    L'Azienda offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato.

CCNL: Industria Metalmeccanica. La RAL sarà commisurata all'esperienza.
