Role Description
We are seeking an experienced sales manager to promote and sell our LandVac Vacuum Insulated glass, glass tempering furnaces and smart factory solutions in the European market. This is a full-time job for a Sales Manager in Europe.
1.Proactively acquire new customers(such as glass processing enterprises, large-scale project contractors), and establish long-term cooperative relationships with existing customers.
2.Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive and grow business, and possess the ability to complete business negotiations independently.
3.Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, and provide tailored technical solutions and quotations.
4.Collaborate closely with internal technical, project management, and after-sales service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
5.Responsible for collecting and consolidating regional sales data,and maintaining customer files.
6.Participate in international exhibitions to collect market intelligence on competing products.
Qualifications
1.Settled in Europe, with the ability to work and travel independently within Europe. Candidates with international work experience will be given preference.
2.Higher Diploma or above in Marketing,International Trade,Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
3.1-3 years of experience in the glass industry,with preference given to candidates possessing sales experience in glass tempering furnaces.
4.Excellent English communication skills.
5.Strong teamwork with good communication skills, and strong professional expertise.
6.Preference will be given to candidates with well-established connections in the European glass industry.
Please note:Make sure you meet all the job requirements before you apply for this position. Knowledge and experience of glass industry is highly desired.
