UAT Test Analyst with Italian

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional, manual non-regression, and end-to-end tests for applications in a specific business domain.
  • Assist in drafting and executing test cases.
  • Document test results accurately and ensure they are recorded in tools like TFS or JIRA.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or improvement suggestions to the Test Leader.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Engineering, Software Technology) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Familiarity with the insurance domain is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Experience with testing tools like JIRA and Confluence is beneficial but not required.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of quality assurance best practices would be a plus. 

Skills:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Soft Skills: Teamwork, reliability, attention to detail, and adaptability.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and suggest improvements.
