Makr Shakr — the world's leading producer of robotic bartenders — is looking for a Business Development / Sales Representative to join our growing team in Torino, Italy. This person will play a key role in expanding our global client base, driving sales opportunities, and nurturing long-term relationships with partners and customers passionate about innovation, hospitality, and robotics.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new clients, partners, and distributors in the hospitality, entertainment, andtechnology sectors.


• Market Expansion: Contribute to the development of new markets and distribution channels, primarily across the US.


• Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and negotiation to deal closing — ensuring alignment with company objectives.


• Opportunity Analysis: Research and assess market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.


• Representation & Events: Represent Makr Shakr at trade shows, exhibitions, and client presentations, promoting our technology and brand vision.

Requirements


• Strategic mindset with strong execution ability and self-motivation.


• Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian or another language is a plus.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.


• Interest in robotics, automation, and innovative technologies.


• Preferably (but not mandatory) 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within a tech-driven or hospitality-related industry.
