Service Manager
(IT and Digital Transformation):

  • Bachelor's degree
    in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in
    managing mobile network connectivity services
    , including indoor and outdoor Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).
  • Knowledge of mobile network technologies, protocols, and standards (e.g.,
    4G, 5G, LTE
    ).
  • Familiarity with indoor and outdoor Distributed Antenna Systems (
    DAS
    ) deployment and optimization.
  • Understanding of Public and/or Private
    5G network architecture
    , implementation, and management.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in the context of mobile network connectivity and Public and/or Private 5G services.
  • Understanding of monitoring techniques to ensure the overall performance, availability, and reliability of the network service.
  • Experience and/or understanding of industrial automation technologies and security standards is a plus.
  • Proven track record (minimum 2 years) of conducting service management meetings to ensure that SLAs are met and KPIs are correctly monitored.
  • Understanding of vendor management and contract negotiation processes.
  • Strong

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
