Il Team HR & Finance di Randstad Professional LSS, divisione focalizzata sulla ricerca e selezione di profili di Middle & Senior Management, è alla ricerca, per conto di un'importante realtà multinazionale leader nel settore trasporto e spedizioni, di un/una:

Accounts Receivable Accountant

Principali Responsabilità:

  • Curare l'aggiornamento, la gestione e la creazione delle nuove anagrafiche clienti
  • Effettuare un controllo giornaliero su eventuali superamenti dei fidi concessi e monitorare i rischi relativi
  • Valutare il merito creditizio dei clienti e stabilire i corretti Termini di Pagamento e Limiti di Credito (CLPT) in accordo con le procedure del Gruppo
  • Elaborare l'ageing list (l'analisi dell'anzianità dei crediti), evidenziando le posizioni scadute, e preparare la relativa reportistica per il Management
  • Svolgere attività di sollecito (dunning) e occuparsi della pianificazione dei flussi di incasso futuri
  • Mantenere un contatto diretto con i clienti per gestire problematiche legate a pagamenti tardivi, proponendo se necessario soluzioni alternative (es. piani di rientro)
  • Contribuire al miglioramento costante delle procedure contabili e amministrative del ciclo attivo
  • Assicurare il presidio e la verifica quotidiana della corretta trasmissione delle fatture elettroniche al Sistema di Interscambio (SDI).

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline simili
  • Aver maturato un'esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ambito contabile, preferibilmente in aziende strutturate o multinazionali
  • È richiesta un'ottima padronanza di Excel
  • È richiesta un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Completano il profilo doti di precisione, affidabilità e la capacità di lavorare in autonomia.
