DEINE ROLLE
  • Gestalte das Kerngeschäft: Du gestaltest und managst die Kerngeschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden, die durch IT-Lösungen optimiert werden, wählst die passenden Technologien aus und testest Lösungen. 
  • Berate unsere Kunden: Bei der Ausrichtung und Gestaltung der IT im Infrastrukturumfeld berätst du unsere Kunden strategisch. 
  • Optimiere Prozesse: Analysiere, modelliere und redesigne Prozesse, Komponenten und Systeme. 
  •  Kümmere dich um die IT-Systeme: Konzipiere IT-Systeme und manage deren Anforderungen. 
  • Überführe Prozesse: Definiere Technologiestacks und Entwicklungsumgebungen, überführe Prozesse in Servicefunktionen, Komponenten und Architekturlösungen. 
  • Testmanagement und IT-Sicherheit: Manage Tests und bewerte die IT-Sicherheit. Optimiere die eingesetzten Technologien hinsichtlich Kosten, Qualität und flexibler Unterstützung neuer Geschäftsanforderungen. 
DEIN PROFIL
  • Studium und Erfahrung: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches bzw. technisches Studium, Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Des Weitere bringst du mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement/-controlling sowie in der Realisierung von Anwendungssystemen auf der Basis von J2EE und/oder .NET mit.
  • Technologische Trends: Kenntnisse der wesentlichen, aktuellen technologischen Trends in der IT und zugehörige Zertifikate
  • IT-Infrastrukturen: Hohe Affinität zu modernen IT-Infrastrukturen, idealerweise bereits berufliche oder nebenberufliche Erfahrungen in diesem Umfeld
  • Methoden und Werkzeuge: Kenntnisse in Agile Transformation, Prozessanalyse nach OCEB2, Anforderungsanalyse nach IREB, Testmanagement nach ISTQB und Beratermethoden (z.B. GAP-Analyse, Delphi-Methode)
  • Gestaltungskraft und analytisches Geschick: Du bringst Gestaltungskraft und analytisch-konzeptionelles Geschick mit. 
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
