Cerchiamo un professionista per il ruolo di brand management per unirsi al nostro team a Milano. Questo ruolo a tempo pieno ha una modalità di lavoro ibrida, consentendo alcune attività da remoto. Sarai responsabile della gestione dell'immagine del marchio, del monitoraggio delle percezioni del mercato e della pianificazione strategica per migliorare la visibilità e la reputazione del brand. Ti occuperai quotidianamente di coordinare le attività di marketing, comunicare con team interni ed esterni e analizzare tendenze di mercato per supportare le decisioni strategiche. Collaborerai strettamente con i team di vendita e sviluppo per garantire coerenza di marca in tutte le iniziative aziendali.
Qualifiche
- Il candidato ideale deve possedere competenze in strategia di marca e gestione del marchio.
- È fondamentale avere abilità in comunicazione e ricerca di mercato, per comprendere meglio il pubblico e adattare le strategie di marketing.
- Competenze in vendita sono altamente consigliate per supportare il team commerciale e ottimizzare il posizionamento del prodotto.
- Ulteriori competenze che possono risultare benefiche includono la capacità di lavorare in team, il pensiero creativo e la gestione del tempo.
