We are looking for a passionate Brand Events & Content Specialist to join our Brand Production team. This role will play a key part in supporting in managing and coordinating our cultural relevance Events and Content, driving the Brand awareness throughout a successful production and organization both Locally and Globally. 

Key Responsibilities  

Brand Events  

Support in leading the development and execution of global large-scale brand events aimed at increasing brand awareness, ensuring: successful Event Production and Flow, cross-departmental alignment, working closely internally with the Brand Management and Communications teams and externally with specific production partners. 

Support in Managing locally-driven large-scale brand events in key regions and cities, working closely with regional teams and related agencies to produce engaging and relevant activations.  

Liaise with Brand Partners, such as Artists and Communities within the words of arts culture, craft, food, and music, in order to develop successful partnerships for the development of the Event. 

Support in leading the development and execution of Event Content Capture, working closely internally with the Brand Management and Communications teams and externally with specific content production partners and talents. 

Support in event budget management and overall Brand event planning. 

Store Shooting + Store Activations content  

Lead the development and execution of global Store shooting ensuring successful Content Production and Flow, working closely internally with the Brand Creative team and all the related stakeholders, scounting the most effective Talents worldwide, developing and managing all the content flow, from preproduction to final delivery. 

Liaise with retail operation, experience and VM team to ensure cross-departmental alignment on Brands physical touchpoints. 

Managing Store Shooting budget and overall planning. 

Product Focus Campaigns and Editorials 

Lead the development and execution of Product Focus content, ensuring successful Production and Flow, from planning, pre production, prostproduction to final delivery, working closely internally with the Brand Creative team and externally with Agencies/specific talents. 

Liaise with Consumer, Co-creation, Brand Management, Design teams to ensure cross-departmental alignment on product marketing. 

Managing Product Focus Campaigns and Editorials budget and overall planning. 

Back Office 

Support in leading the Brand Production Overall Budget and related operations, working closely with Admin and treasury departments. 

Support in leading the Brand Production Overall Planning and related operations, working closely with all the Brand Produtcion functions in alignment with the Marketing Calendar. 

Profile  

Between 1 - 3 years of experience in this role  

Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills, combined with hands-on execution capabilities.  

Ability to work across global and local teams with a collaborative mindset.  

Passionate about creating meaningful brand events and content that resonate culturally and commercially.
