Job Description
La figura ricercata sarà inserita nella Direzione Operations della Divisione Navi Militari, con sede a Genova, in particolare nell'ufficio dedicato alla Gestione dei Progetti di Transformation e di Continous Improvement.
Il profilo sarà inserito in un team strutturato, dove potrà acquisire e accrescere le proprie competenze nella gestione di progetti di miglioramento continuo ed implementazione di processi di trasformazione, interagendo con diversi uffici e sviluppando una visione trasversale sull'area Operations.
Attività
La Figura Sarà Responsabile Delle Seguenti Attività
- Collaborare alla creazione di nuovi gruppi di lavoro in area Operations e monitorare il loro avanzamento in modalità Project Management;
- Monitorare e consuntivare i savings delle iniziative rilevanti nel Piano Industriale;
- Collaborare a progetti attivi con eventuali società di consulenza ingaggiate e partecipare a progetti trasversali della Divisioni Navi Militari.
Requisiti
- Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale, Meccanica o Economia;
- Richiesta buona conoscenza della suite MS Office, soprattutto Excel;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;
- Completa il profilo: buone capacità organizzative ed analitiche, curiosità e voglia di imparare, buone capacità relazionali e comunicative.
