As our Sales Engineer (m/f/d) for OEM customers, you will be instrumental in building up our Italian market and actively shaping the future of Testo Sensor GmbH. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales personality to make a significant impact. You will be the primary point of contact between Testo Sensor GmbH in Germany and our customers in Italy, managing all stages from initial acquisition to ongoing development. The position offers the flexibility to work both on-site at the Testo Spa offices in Settimo Milanese and remotely.

Your mission:
- You will identify and win strategic new OEM customers to build and expand our market presence in Italy.
- You will guide customers through the entire sales process, from negotiating agreements and conditions to preparing tailored quotations.
- In close collaboration with customers and our R&D department in Germany, you will develop custom-fit sensor solutions, establishing yourself as a valued technical advisor.
- You will act as the central point of contact, supporting our customers in all commercial and technical matters to build long-term, successful partnerships.
- You will collaborate closely with internal colleagues from sales, engineering, and quality management to deliver optimal, holistic solutions for our clients.
Your profile:
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- You have at least two years of B2B sales experience, ideally in business development or market expansion.
- Ideally, you have experience in selling components to the HVAC or HoReCa industries or electronic components in a B2B environment.
- You possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- You are willing to travel within Italy (approx. 50%).
- You are professionally proficient in both Italian and English.
- You have a keen interest and a basic understanding of sensor technology and electrical components.
