How you will contribute?
- Ability to make extensive creative research, materials and components sourcing and technical sketches.
- Works cross-functionally with Leather Goods Design team, Product Development team, Atelier and Merchandising to develop successful Leather Goods collections.
- Ability to work closely with other design team members to help develop cohesive collections within the given deadlines.
- Collaborates with technical teams on all aspects of fit.
- Oversees design boards. Ensures that all boards are done timely and meet the calendar deadlines.
- Creates & delivers product presentations.
Who you are?
- At least 3 years design experience in a Leather Goods.
- Graduating from a Fashion Design School
- Technical knowledge of leather goods design & product development process.
- Strong Design-software skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong organizational, time management, written & verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
- Excellent taste level & brand awareness.
- Strong sense of color and materials.
- Strong sketching skills.
- Extremely rigorous and detail oriented.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
