International Student Recruiter (Portuguese Speaker)

Your Mission

In this role you will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Portuguese-speaking prospective students: engage, build trust, and guide them through the full admissions lifecycle (inquiry → application → enrolment).
  • Execute sales-driven recruitment strategies: manage inbound leads, follow up proactively, and close enrolments against recurring targets.
  • Provide personalised advice: map a student's background, aspirations and budget to appropriate RBS programmes; articulate value, clarify admissions criteria, fees, scholarship/financing routes.
  • Leverage tech: use CRM and digital outreach tools to track interactions, manage your pipeline, and improve conversion efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Native or full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English (additional Italian is a plus).
  • Proven experience (1-3 yrs or more) in client-facing consultative sales, business development or recruitment role (education or high-value B2C experience preferred).
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills: excellent telephone and virtual-meeting capabilities, persuasive approach, comfortable presenting and closing, empathetic in advising educational decisions.
  • Organised and target-oriented: experience managing a pipeline, working to KPIs and conversion metrics.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and MS Suite, and working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Degree-level education required.
  • A valid work permit for Italy (or an EU passport) is mandatory.

Contract and Compensation

  • Base Salary of €17,940 gross per year (CCNL ANINSEI – Level III) + uncapped commission tied to enrolment conversions (top performers historically achieve significant total compensation)
  • Contract Type: 6-month renewable fixed-term (CCNL ANINSEI Level III)
