Your Responsibilities

  • Lead new and complex end-to-end SAP implementation projects, from initial planning and scoping through to implementation, go-live, and post-go-live support
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal departments, external consultants, and vendors
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success
  • Support change management and user training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in managing SAP projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, or other modules)
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they are mapped in SAP
  • Proven track record in project management, ideally with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SCRUM
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English, German and/or Italian are a plus
