We are looking for Consultants who will support project manager and will join work teams specializing in risk management, operating on consulting projects for Italian and international financial intermediaries.

MAIN TASKS:

• Support in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for measuring and monitoring institution's profitability and risk exposure / position
• Analyze the Intermediary's risk position with techniques of Asset & Liability Management to support strategic and operational decision-making and the optimization of the risk profile (Interest Rate & Liquidity Risk)
• Support the Intermediary in Processes based on balance sheet & risk forecasting methodology, both Regulatory (ICAAP, Recovery Plan and Stress Test Analysis) and managerial (Strategic Planning, Budget, Capital Allocation)
• Policies & procedures

TRAINING

• Master's degree in economics/finance, statistics or engineering
• Preferred knowledge of econometrics
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher is preferred)
• The knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Problem solving and result oriented attitude;
• Excellent team working attitude
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills;
